DNS unable to load resource records

Hello,

Whenever I restart DNS any of my 3 dns servers, I get this
message posted below for around 15 IPs only. No msg on the
rest of them (another 40 or so). I have deleted these
records in both forward AND reverse and then manually
recreated them; and I have deleted them and have let the
clients update. But I still get these msgs no matter what
I do. Is something corrupt? No errors in the AD event logs
either. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

"The DNS server was unable to load a resource record (RR)
from the directory at 11.10.1.10.in-addr.arpa. in zone
1.10.in-addr.arpa. Use the DNS console to recreate this
RR or check that the Active Directory is functioning
properly and reload the zone. The event data contains the
error."

I have deleted the

Me again. Just realized this message precedes the other
messages I just posted (which were 4010 errors). This one
is a 501 error and the following is a 500 error. Does
this really mean that I have to delete my F.L. zone for
our DNS domain by deleting it out of the registry! Eek!
How do I handle that since I have 3 DNS servers, each
with this AD integrated zone? Since the original messages
(the 4010 errors) were all from workstations getting IP
addresses, how about I just exclude the range of 10.1.2.1
through 10.1.2.26) from my dhcp scope? Thanks!

501: The DNS server has detected that the zone . has a
missing or corrupted zone type in registry data. To
correct the problem, you can delete the applicable zone
subkey, located under DNS server parameters in the
Windows 2000 registry. You can then recreate the zone
using the DNS console. For more information, see "Tuning
advanced server parameters" and "Add and Remove Zones" in
the online Help.

500: The DNS server has detected that the zone . has
invalid or corrupted registry data. To correct the
problem, you can delete the applicable zone subkey,
located under DNS server parameters in the Windows 2000
registry. You can then recreate the zone using the DNS
console. For more information, see "Tuning advanced
server parameters" and "Add and Remove Zones" in the
online Help.

The zone "." does not need to exist in your DNS, UNLESS you intentionally
don't want your internal users to be able to get outside your network.
Delete the "." zone.
