dns time out

i cannot connect to such things as windows messenger,or limewire type
sites,just says connecting or not connected to the net.even though iam
connected.i was told it may be dns problem,so i did the" nslookup" in run
..the result was dns timed out???,couldnt find my ip address??.i use my laptop
through a nokia n95,could this be the problem?.

You may need to contact your ISP as this seems to be connection settings
problem on the N95.
