DNS syncronization

We have a primary DNS server and a secondary DNS server
running on Windows 2000. They are just regular DNS
servers, not integrated with Active Directory.

Records are synchoronized without any problems. However,
how to make domain syncoronized? For example, if I add a
new domain to primary dns, also I have to add this new
domain to secondary dns, then whatever records I added to
the new domain on primary dns, the second one will get it.
If I just want to add a new domain to primary dns, how
will the secondary dns get this domain? Anywhere we can
configure?

Thanks

You have to manually configure the secondary dns zone for each domain you
add. If you want to be able to just add the domain to one server and have
it replicate to other dns servers, you have to use AD-Integrated zones.
That is why they were invented.
(If I understand your question correctly)

The answer is no. You will have to manually create the secondary zone on the
secondary server. If you don't like the right-clicking method, try
dnscmd.exe

As the others said, manually do it.

Just want to add, it's no different than using BIND DNS.
