Hi,
I have two DC that one of them is Additional DC.Both of
them have GC,but when I set for second DC the TCP/IP
seting (in first DNS ip set it's ip address and in second
dns set the ip of first DC),the AD objects are unactive
for example if I open AD users and computers it says:
"Naming information cannot b located because:The target
principal name is incorrect."
Any suggestions!
Thanks in advance.

Are both zone in DNS on both machines AD Integrated? You are getting that
message becuase it is asking DNS, 'where is the domain' and if one of the
zones do not have the proper SRV records (due to replication errors or
misconfiguration) then you will get numerous errors.

You might be getting island effect, the DNS1 should have
DNS2 as it's first DNS server in TCP/IP and vice versa.
