DNS server time out

I have internal DNS server on Win2k3 and can't open several pages
(Microsoft, yahoo .)

I test this with nslookup (on Server and Clients) and I get message DNS
request timed out.

Timeout was 2 seconds.

On my DNS server for Forwarders, the option Number of seconds before forward
queries timed out is set to 10 sec.



Please help!
 
Is your DNS server behind a firewall? Some firewalls do not properly
handle the EDNS0 format that Windows 2003 Server uses by default. See:
