This refreshes all DHCP leases and re-registers DNS
names. After your initiate the command it will show you
the status in the event viewer in 15 minutes.

too i'm sorry but i am out of ideas, prob take someone
with a bigger brain than me!
I posted a problem an hour or so ago but it hasn't shown up yet so
just check this:
look in c:\windows\help for a file called "hosts" if it's there delete
it. There is apparently some way to write a file there that is causing
most of the DNS resolving issues everyone is having all of a sudden.
If you do a search for "hosts" there should only be 1 file in the
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc directory....
and another one called "lmhosts"
Note that this bug enters via an IE exploit that does not have a patch.
