I have two domain controllers, both running DNS and
Active Directory (you have to have DNS installed in order
to run AD, correct?) How can I tell if a domain
controller that is running Active Directory and DNS is
running in Active Directory Integrated mode?
I have two DCs, a single domain, many network issues and
a strong suspicion that at least one of the causes is a
lack of or improper replication between the two DCs. As I
remember, I want to have more than one DNS server and run
in Active Directory Integrated with secure updates and I
want to make sure that our network is, indeed configured
this way.
Thanks

Just click the properties of the zone, and you can see if the zone is AD-
Integrated (type of the zone)

I'd run netdiag and dcdiag from the support tools (let them log into a file and
search for Fail in Notepad).

Perhaps it gives you an idea if there's some error.
