DNS query for GO.MICROSOFT.COM

My network has a LAN modem (yes I am in the dark ages) and
some machines cause a dialup connection for this
GO.MICROSOFT.COM site and I don't know how to get it to
stop since it used a phone line this can be annoying. How
or where to look?

Network Monitor would be your best bet to determine what matchine it's
coming from.
