message:
*** Can´t find server name for address 192.168.1.100: Non-
existent domain
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.1.100

and when I run nslookup on my dns server I receive this
error message:
*** Can´t find server name for address 192.168.1.100: Non-
existent domain
Default Server: ns2.telepac.pt
Address: 194.65.3.21

What is the problem with my dns server? How can I solve

You need a reverse lookup on the DNS server's IP address.
This is really not an error, just a message, you can ignore it.
