DNS problem

I'm trying to delete an Aliases(A and CNAME record)on my
DNS server but it doesn't allow me or it keeps coming back
after the Domain Controller(also a DNS Server)is rebooted
(even I have an administrator privelege), I even tried to
change the type to A record but it doesn't allow me.

I hope somebody can help me with this one or is there any
utility I can use to change the type of record in my DNS
server. Thank's.
 
Which records exactly do you want to delete? Are those from your internal
LAN?

Those records should not be deleted if they're from your servername. They
will be created automatically.
Look in the LAN-TCP/IP-properties, Advanced, tab DNS. The boxes 'register in
DNS' and add suffix should be checked (on the internal nic that is).
