What's meaning this message :

The DNS server was unable to complete directory service
enumeration of zone .. This DNS server is configured to
use information obtained from Active Directory for this
zone and is unable to load the zone without it. Check
that the Active Directory is functioning properly and
repeat enumeration of the zone. The event data contains
the error.

How to solve this problem.

The dns tests simple query and recursive query fails

If you receive this error only at startup you can ignore it if you only have
one DC.

Here is what happens, when you only have one DC and your zone data is stored
in Active Directory, at startup when DNS starts it loads the zone data from
AD, but AD has not started so it can't load the data. AD requires DNS, so
when DNS starts it tries to load the zone data from AD. It is a catch 22
situation, the DNS data is in AD and AD requires DNS.
To resolve this you have three choices, 1. ignore the errors as long as they
stop after startup, 2. Promote a replica DC so AD can be already started, 3.
do not store your zone data in AD.
