Hi guys,
I have added a host name in my dns server ,Some of the
clients are able to access but others say they cant.but
they can access through IP,when i flush dns and
registerdns it works for sometime and again starts giving
problems.I have checked host name entry, its fine..
One more thing is that, when i go to active dir users and
computers..under this a folder named system is seen ..and
under this is microsoftDns, i find 2 folders for the same
domain...is this correct to have 2 folders for the same
domain....
Please HELP ME

It apparently seems that you have your ISP's DNS addresses on your machines.
You must only use the internal DNS and not any other external DNS on all
your machines (DCs and clients and member servers). Otherwise all sorts of
things can go wrong. Use a forwarder for efficient Internet resolution. If
the option is grayed out, delete the Root zone. If not sure how to do these
two tasks, see this article:

Then once that is done, let us know if you're still having problems.

As for ADUC, that I believe is normal.
