As far as I know you can't. Why would you want to do that as all clients send dns
lookups to port 53 udp on the dns server. --- Steve

'cause my ISP block this ports and I cant use it...

Apparently you are providing a dns server for internet users or a dns zone transfer
with another dns server. I know of no way to change the listening port, unless you
can configure your firewall or router to port forward a different port to port 53 on
your server, but then all of the users trying to gain access will have to be
reconfigured somehow to access the new port. --- Steve

NO, the case is that my dsl provider blocks these port number, so I need to make a redirect with 'no-ip' to another port, and my dns guide the browser or ftp to port 5000 or 8000...

Another one: How can I make a port redirect??? My web server is on port 8008, how can I configure dns to look for that port and not for 80?? I only see the IP on the dns configuration...

Get the provider to stop blocking it, or get a "business" account with them
instead of a "home user" account. The reason they do this is so that people
don't put "rouge" DNS Servers out there with FQDNs that the people don't
legitimately own. The ISPs typically handle all "public" DNS for their
customers anyway.
