I have a AD with dns and dhcp. The member of AD have no problem, i can
update host in dns without problem, but I have few pc out of AD and I
want update dns client on my server.

You presumably mean you wish to update the DNS record in the
Domain DNS (dynamic) zone for non-domain computers.

If you are using Secure Dynamic Updates (which you generally should)
then the best way is to let the Microsoft DHCP server update those records
(presuming they are DHCP clients.)

If they are not DHCP clients it is best to just update the records
manually (permanently.)
