Hello,
I have a remote site that uses a DNS server located on another site.
Suddenly 3 windows 2000 pcs have started to do DNS lookups to the DNS server
every 7 minites. The workstations appear to be doing reverse lookups for IP
addresses on the same site as the workstations. Does anyone know why they
would be doing this?

Not sure how you determined this, but if using netmon, can you determine
what lookups are being queried?
