This occured during an upgrade to W2k Server.
Had to rebuild from scratch, promoted to a DC and
receive the following error when doing dcdiag.
All servers are pingable.

Although the Guid DNS name

couldn't be
resolved, the server name (*) resolved to the IP
address (*) and was pingable. Check that the IP
address
is registered correctly with the DNS server.
