You question is confusing -- DNS is not configured specially
for "demotion" unless perhaps you mean that bsgdom is an
Active Directory Integrated DNS server and you wish to
DCPromo to remove AD.

If that's the question, then you should, make it a secondary if
there is ANOTHER AD-integrated DNS left in the domain/zone,
and make it a Primary if there are no others or only other
secondaries.

It can't hold DNS in AD if you remove AD so it must be either
a Primary (master) or a Secondary to another DnS for the zone.

Your question is a bit confusing. Please restate and we'll be happy to assist.

Thank you,

Hi
i have used dcpromo /forceremoval tool for removing
the child DC. it showed that active directory has been removed, restart it.
but still under my parent domain
the entries of this child DC exist in AD sites & services,
AD domain users and etc. now how to remove the child DC entries.
