DNS Event ID 4004

Hi all,
I setup a server running Active Directory with DNS and Exchange 2000. It
works fine until one day my server timed out and i can't access it anymore
from remote desktop connection. After restarting the server i found out from
Event viewer the ff error from DNS Server log and my application log was
filled with 'LDAP error port xxx was already in use'. What seems to be the
problem?

Description:
The DNS server was unable to complete directory service enumeration of zone
1.168.192.in-addr.arpa. This DNS server is configured to use information
obtained from Active Directory for this zone and is unable to load the zone
without it. Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly and
repeat enumeration of the zone. The extended error debug information (which
may be empty) is "". The event data contains the error.

That was exactly the Event viewer told but i just want to know the
