DNS Error

Everytime i get a "DNS Error", the defaul t page should look like this
<http://clan.cyaccess.com/dns_error.php> but for some reason i get taken to
a website. Is there a way to restore it to the original page or system dll
(dnserror.dll). Thanks

First eliminate any scumware.
