DNS error

ok im trying to get to a site that i know exists, cuz my
friends from out of state are there right now. ive been
trying all day but lal i get is a DNS error message. it
also says page not found at the top. i cleared out the
temp files and did a couple other things. im desperate.
what do i have to do to fix this? thanks!

Are you both using the same DNS addresses?

Try your nslookup (in a command window) and verify
that your DNS knows that name. Doublecheck with
ping or tracert that your HOSTS file or dnsclient
aren't interfering with that lookup.
