From where do you get this message, is it when you perform the search, if
yes, what search engine are you using or do you get this message when you
try to visit the site?

I get it when I try to visit a web site.

If you have a firewall or any security software, check the settings of such
software to be sure it is not blocking access, be sure you aren't blocking
cookies, ads or popups as they can block access to a site.

After checking or temporarily disabling such applications to check if they
are the issue, you will need to clear the Internet Explorer cache before
trying to access the site as something in the cache might continue to block
access. To clear the cache, open Control Panel, open Internet Options, on
the General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete Files (Accept the option to
delete all offline content) and click clear History.

The problem has been resolved. I re-downloaded a spyware
program (SpyKiller 2004) I had recently deleted. I
thought I didn't need it because I have Spybot S&D,
AdAware 6.0, Norton Anti-Virus, and Zone Alarm. Wrong!!!
I ran the program and it found over 1100 spyware items. I
guess my 4 kids, ages 12, 15, 17, & 20, are a challange
not only for me, but for the computer!!! I can now get to
the web sites I was unable to reach before. Thank You for
your help.
Patty
