Is "Allow dynamic updates" set to "Yes" on the reverse lookup zone?
If it is AD Integrated zone does this machine have permission to create
Child object in the ACL on the Security tab?

Allow security updates is configured to accept
ONLY SECURE UPDATES
It is a AD Integrated Zone (system) have rights to create
child objects. I mean if that you refer about "this
machine have permission to create

Kevin means under the Security tab, to make sure that DCs and computers are
in the ACL.

Also, make sure that on all interfaces that you only have the internal DNS
in IP properties.

Is Cluster Services running on this machine? That was a dumb question on my part. :-)

Here's a link I found thet *may* help you out, considering it's on a
cluster:
http://dbforums.com/arch/175/2003/9/891105

I remember somewhere someone mentioning that an AD controller is not
recommended to be on a cluster. But can't remember who or why.
