I have a problem connecting to any websites through Internet Explorer. I keep
getting the error message "C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SHDOCLC.DOC\DNSERROR.HTM. I
can't use my coonection for email either or to go onto a online gaming site
that I have used for years. Does anyone know how to fix? I had the problem
before but the free support suggestions last time are not working.
