This may also be caused by DNS cache pollution. Make sure that the secure cache against pollution is enabled on the DNS server. Also, when in the failed
state, from the client open a command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns". Can you access the Internet now? If not, go to the DNS servers, open the DNS
MMC, right click on the DNS server and choose clear cache. Again, test Internet access. You may also want to test name resolution using NSLOOKUP from
the client machines. At a command prompt type "nslookup" and press enter. Then type in the name of an Internet site you cannot reach. It should resolve to
the IP address of the site. Verify that the IP is the correct IP.
