My scenario...

Have a win2k DC at site A.
Installed a win2k DC at site B and joined
DC in site A via a VPN connection.
Everything seems working fine, i can ping
DC at site A from the Site B server.
Site B server can surt the net as well.

Problem,
Clients at Site B unable to access to the internet when getting IP address
from the server. Internally, client can ping the server name too. What has
gone wrong?

Thanks.

Which DC is performing DHCP? Site A?

Is DHCP handing out a gateway address? Is it handing out the same gateway to
each site?

Site A has its own DNS & DHCP to serve users in Site A.
I have configured Site B to run its own DNS & DHCP to serve
client at Site B.

Site A using 192.168.8.0/24
Site B using 192.168.10.0/24

each site?
Each site has its own DHCP & DNS and i have scope options configured under
DHCP
to hand out gateway and dns.

The strange thing is, the DC at site B can ping everything in site
A,ie;server name,
client name. I believe the dns resolution between 2 DCs are ok but i cant
figure out
why after DC at site B can hand out IP address, gateway & dns to client
somehow the client
cant access to the net. Lastly, I can ping the DC at site B.

What happens on the client trying to get to the Internet in site B? Error
messages?
Any error messages in event viewer from client and or server in site B when
the client tries to access the Internet?
