I have LAN (about 30 computers) with DNS server and DLink DI-304 Router for
connecting to internet. I had to allow DNS on Firewall. Problem is that
nobody is using Internet; my DNS server is connecting to ISP server.

How to prevent so often connections?

The server also has a DNS server list in its tcp/ip properties for the
interface. Check that the dns server IP points to itself, and not your ISP.
Then make sure that in the DNS Forwarders tab, that the IP(s) point to your
ISP. It should then ~only go to your isp when it can not resolve name
locally.
