1.How to configure Dns Caching server in 2k

Install DNS server -- point some clients to it.
2.If we configure w2k as DNS Caching server any
problem ,if their is a problem let me know

No, how could there be a problem?
3.What is the diffrence between NT4 DNS Caching and
2k DNS Caching

Win2000 is a better operating system and the DNS server has
a more features (a few relevant to caching only servers.)

For a caching only server, your choice is pretty irrelevant.

To install a caching only server, simply just install it. Out of the box it will resolve Internet names and cache the queries.

Michael did give you the steps.

Just install it and point your users to it. Don't point to your ISP, just
your server. That's it. Caching is a background feature in DNS that ALWAYS
runs. No zones are required on a caching only server. You could configure a
Forwarder to make it more efficient. Forward to either your ISP or to your
parent root in your organization.
