Hi,

We host our own DNS, but have another company acting as a secondary.
Is it possible to physically copy DNS data using backup exec? If so, what
diretories require backing up ?

thanks, Pritesh

If the zone is AD integrated, select a system state backup which backs up
the reg, AD, and a host of other system critical data.

If the zone is a standard Primary, backup the system32\dns folder and a
system state to backup the DNS registry entries (among the rest of the
registry and other system critical data).
