dne2000.exe - Application Error

I'm currently running Windows 2000 professional

When I load our company's server connection software I get
a "dne2000.exe - Application Error"

And the messages: The instruction at "ox780014b1"
referenced memory at "0x00000000"
the memory could not read.

I am currently traveling and need to fix this ASAP. I am
the only having this problem. My MIS department does not
know what the solution until they see it.

Could anyone help?
