Hi,
DMEXBar adds a new toolbar to the explorer with many new features like:
Arrange explorer windows side by side, rename multiple files at once,
quick change to favourite folders, quick create directory, split files,
calculate directory size and some more.
I use this one all the time and have found it to be very stable. It
actually makes living with Eplorer as file manager tolerable..
I have not found a developer link for this one, but it can be downloaded
