DME Combine Function Problem

With DME, when I clean up an LP into 2 tracks, and then
try to combine them, the Analog Recorder combine function
is adding a bunch of time (eg ~40 blank seconds and a
needle drop) in between the 2 tracks. How do I get rid
of that, or do something so that it doens't occur?

Thanks for your help!

Mike

Ok, here's the deal: I leave the Analogue Recorder
running when I flip the LP over to side 2--how do I get
rid of this flip-over time when the tracks from the 2
sides are combined?

Invest in a wave editor (http://www.goldwave.com ) and use it to cut out the
bits you don't want. You can also filter out excess turntable noise
(rumbling), clicks and then normalise the sound.

There is a pause button on the recorder program. Just
pause the recorder before flipping the album then restart
after you drop the needle for side 2.
