.dll's

When I open my AOL application I get a box that tells me
that my MSCTF.dll is missing and re-installing could cure
the problem. The computer I purchased did not com with a
Windows XP disc only a restore disk. Any Help?

you probably need to reinstall the aol software if its only happening when
you use that application.

but why would you want to use it in the first place??

Hi,

Try reinstalling your AOL application.

Sometimes the application has its own version of that dll.

Also,

DO a search for that dll on your drive.

If that dll is found try running this command: regsvr32 msctf.dll

Do this from a command prompt in the path specified by the search.
