DLLHOST.EXE

There are two instances of dllhost.exe running on a
windows 2000 server in task manager. Sometimes it causes
the cpu usage to go up to 100%. I have iis and smtp
services running on this machine with owa. When the cpu
usage goes up to 100% owa stops working. This is the error
i keep getting when i try to access owa -
HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services. I thought there was a virus
but i did a virus check and still the same problem. Has
anyone seen this error before?

Microsoft has heard of this. DLLHOST implicates an IIS process. See
