When I sign on to Aol I get the following message,
waol.exe - bad image, the application or dll
c:\windows\system 32\JGPL400.DLL is not a valid windows
image. Please check this against your installation
diskette. I have restored to a point a month before I had
this message. I reloaded Aol. With this problem I can not
even access the Aol on line help. I keep getting a not
responding message. I can not find a phone number for Aol
help. I am about ready to try a different provider that I
can get some kind of Help. Hp wants money for advice.
Microsoft wants money for help. I wouldn't mind so much
if only I knew who's problem it was. My problem of
course. Does anyone have a clue for me? Please.
