For .dll errors it depends on what errors. For registry cleanup, no. See:

Re registry fixes - I use, without any problems,etc., ccleaner from piriform.

Registry cleaners are an emotional issue for some. Please, other readers, I have no desire to-and will not-engage in a discourse on the pluses/minuses of registry cleaners.
