Dunno just what it does, it works with some other files named Zone this and
Zone that, but you should be able to restore it.
Look in the C:\I386 folder for zmnetn.dl_
If you have that, then open a command prompt (DOS window) in the I386
folder, execute:
C:\I386>expand -r znetm.dl_ znetm.dll
Then move the newly expanded dll to c:\windows\system32\dllcache - at least,
that's where it lives on my system.
