I recently started getting the following error message
every time I try to open an application, surf the web, or
click on anything:

"An exception occurred while trying to
run ...\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download"

What does this mean and how can I get rid of it? I tried
several system restores and repairing the OS. Nothing
seems to work. Help!
