File knfggrn.dll is corrupt. I know that this file is
corrupt because when I try to run norton antivirus and it
says that the file is corrupt and it is not possible to
quarantine. I am not sure what this file is used by and
not sure how I might find that out.

Thank You,
Geoff

"I am not sure what this file is used by and not sure how I might find that

You can do what we do:
1) Search for it on your computer to see how it is used. (Does it belong to
Windows XP or to one of the programs installed on your computer?)
2) For more information about the file, search for it on the Internet with
your favorite search engine.

If the file belongs to Windows XP, it can sometimes be replaced with a
'fresh' copy. If the file belongs to one of your programs, you could try
reinstalling the program or asking the author's technical support for
advice. If you do not recognize the file as part of Windows or one of your
programs, you should suspect either a virus or spyware.
