Dll File error

I deleted an 'image.dll' file and now my internet doesn't
work. I tried to re-submit the file in the windows
directory but it didn't work. Perhaps I am doing
something wrong. The error says" 'C:/windows/image.dll'
could not be found. I tried to upgrade the windows
installment but that did nothing. Thanks
