Christopher,
First, enable access to Internet Explorer by disabling third-party browser extensions:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.
Next, remove the malware causing this problem. See, Cannot open Internet Explorer:

Whenever I try to start Internet Explorer 6, I get an error
report showing a ModName: systp32.dll.
I installed the Service Pack and this did nothing to help.
Can anyone tell me what the answer to this is?
