DLL error message

Hi
When I try to run a program I get the following error
message " The dynamic link library MSVBVM60.DLL could not
be found =in the specific path......" Is this a file that
is part of Win2000 operating system or part of the program
I am trying to run? or what help could you provide?

That is part of the VB6 runtime files.

created, is part of the Brother's Keeper software I am
trying to run? how can I create this file?

Its normal location is c:\winnt\system32. It also seems to come
with SP4. I suggest you back up your data files, then install SP4.
