DLL Error but DLL can't be Found

Can someone help me with this problem? Every time I open Outlook 2000 (running on a new Dell PC under WinXP) I get the messag
"C:\Documents and Settings\ (My Name)\Application Data\Microsoft\Addins\C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Office add-in
I have no idea what this add-in is and when I search for the described DLL nothing is found.

Please see the following article for more information regarding Small
Business Contact Manager (SBCM). You can try to disable the add-in from
Outlook, see article below:
