Hello Todd,
My computer completely crashed. windows wouldn't even load for me t
press
the ctrl+f11 key. After I loaded the disk, I tried t
repair--crashed--then
tried to upgrade----crash. So I had to load a whole new OS.
followed all
of the things to do then loaded all of the drivers (which by the wa
was
told my disk I paid for didn't have the correct drivers and software)
this
angered me so I finally called expired warrantee service was charge
and
helped by this wonderful person. Who loaded everything and then burne
me a
disk. I am still having the .dll box pop-up. It doesn't specify wha
program just ".dll could not open" Any suggestions? Thank you---Jody

I recently had a problem with my dell computer and had to load a new
(fresh)
version of windows. I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition.
Everytime I restart my computer a little error box comes up that
says--.dll
could not open. What does this mean, and how do I fix this issue?
Thank
youin advance for any help.-
Hi,
My name is Todd and I'm a customer advocate at Dell's headquarters.
My
team was designed to work with our customers via blogs and forums. I
saw your post and wanted to see if you had gotten this problem
straightened out or not.
If not, please let me know if you're receiving an error for
specific
.dll file and it's name. Also, how did you reinstall Windows on your
system? Most Dell systems have a compressed image of the factory
install on them that you can run. It tends to save time and troubles
with reinstalling Windows.
Let me know if I can be of help. I'll check back and see if yo
still
need help.
Thanks,
Todd
