hi guys I am new to the forums. like 2 days ago I installed clone cd and wound up uninstalling it like 20 minutes later and rebooted well after I rebooted my dvd drive, virual drives, and soundcard no longer showed up in my computer and my dvd player wouldnt even read a disc. any ways I got the dvd problem fixed it now works again and my soundcard now shows up but I have no sound I tried reinstalling the sound drivers again like 5 times and I still cant figure out why I am not getting any sound. but the major problem I am having is now when I try to go to add/remove program files I get this error message [An unexpected error occurred Object doesn't support this property or method res://speres.dll/default.hta ] line 82 so does any one have any ideas or suggestions on how to fix either of theese problems, mainly the error message I would like to avoid having to reformatt at all costs unless it looks like the only way of bieng able to fix this problem. do you think doing a repaor using the windows disc might help any? also if I did do a repair would I still be able to use the programs that are allready installed?? thnx in advance for any and all help guys
