.dll app that allows programs to be transferred over the net

Does anybody know if there is a freeware version of an application that would allow me to download files from my computer at work to multiple computers elsewhere through the Internet? I have heard of a program that will not only do this but will also allow me to change the .dll file that resides on the recipient computers remotely. If anyone knows of such a thing I would love to hear from you.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jesse, please turn off your html when posting to this text only group.

Do you mean upload or download? You don't download "to" computers,
that's uploading. And hopefully, the computers you're going to be
doing this to will want this to happen to them. Also, if a .dll is
active, you may not be able to overwrite it.

Don't try to do it without permission. I would never give you
