Dlink DFE 530TX ethernet adapter

Hi All,

I recently installed Win 2k on my HD and notice that my D-
Link 530TX ethernet adapter is having conflicts w/my video
adapter (Rage AGP video adapter w/16 mb mem.) Has anyone
experienced this? and know what can be done to rectify
this? BTW, I'm using the Win 2k drivers for the ethernet
card.

What are the conflicts? IRQ sharing is a normal thing for Windows 2000 and
works very well.

sometimes that can be cured by just moving your net card to a different
slot
 
I've had that NIC in a bunch of different machines, some with multiple
videocards. I've never had issues. The one thing that I have had issues
with is that if you do not install the DLink drivers, W2K thinks the card is
a Realtek something-or-other NIC. I don't know if that would be related in
anyway, but I'm mentioning it anyway.
