Dlink and lack of tech support

Please do not purchase any dlink items as they really suck in tech support
1 they take ages to answer phone
2 they dont know what they are doing
3 they say they will email you what you need to do, they never do
4 they pretend to not understand what you are saying, by saying this is a
bad line etc....
so if you want support go elsewhere. u will regret it if you dont

More accurately, don't buy that brand if you expect decent support,
otherwise buy it and expect to support it yourself.

Don't you just love it when people buy mass consumer goods that the
manufacturers make maybe $2 on and then expect hours of top quality
support for free.

It's like anything else - if you want decent support you have to pay for it.
 
anyway i returned the crap item and expect to get a linksys pci card
