DL of multi links ( files )

I would like to know if there is a way to download all the
targets of a page. I am trying to save the targets of a
like from web page that have 25+ files.
I would like a simple way to save all the targets to my
hard drive... can that be done ?
 
If this is not possible with IE. Is there a utility that
will allow this - this is a "https" site
that contains jpg, gif, and txt files.
