DivX

How do you tell if you have DivX and/or what version? What is the URL for getting the version 9?
 
Do you mean directX, which is at version 9, I'm not sure if DivX is?
Go to start, run type in dxdiag and ok, you should geta box up which has
this information in it, for direct x!!
DivX is a codec and will show up in the list of available codecs in the
editing software for export.

Sorry to copy and paste your comment but, this is where I got the "DivX" question:

Oh dear........ I should have said....... "make sure directX is up to date,
it is at version 9"........so ignore the divX bit's....... Sorry!!!!!
