DivX 6 is being touted as a format to rival DVDs, as it incorporates many of the same features that you would expect. Video is now not only highly compressed, but can also feature interactivity which has previously only been seen in standard DVD format.
With the massive increase in DivX/DVD players, this can be seen as a very interesting development in those users who create their own movies.
